Just to say i have just found your site, and I thought I better tell you about our boat ,my father built her from a shell back in 1970 based on a freeman 23 fitted out in mahogany with four berths, marinised a Perkins diesel and mated to Volvo out drive. Please note up to press this has been faultless still in her original gel coat and never painted she just gets polished every month in the summer even more if I have more time stored out of the water most winters/and covered up, my father has just got a new canopy last year which really finished her off, I would like to know if we are one of the longest owners of a Norman nearly 34 year she is more than a boat she is part of the family she was built the same year i was born and 3 generations of the family now go on her, when i am able I would like to post you some photos ,she is as near as you could  say pristine with very few marks she has a trailer which we built for her which meant we could trailer up to Windermere where she spent about 15 years .
